Your ownership of your own body is your most fundamental right. Your body is your own to look after or to abuse. Likewise your health care is your own responsibility. Libertarianz health policy recognises this.

Forcing someone to subsidise another’s health care costs is wrong. Taxpayer funding of health care also serves as an excuse for all sorts of further nannying. If the state carries the cost of your mountain climbing or pie eating it will be naturally inclined to boss you around while you’re doing those things.

Libertarianz health spokesman, Dr Richard McGrath, explains the Party’s health policy and outlines a transitional policy which will see those goals realised over five years.
